Kaviz Creation Private Limited was incorporated on 26th June, 2020. Mr Anil Chand Panda is the founder & director of Kaviz. The registered address of the company is at H22, Avas Vikas Colony, Shivajinagar, Near Medical College, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh-284001 and Warehouse & Headquarter is at - C 50, 2nd floor, Sector 4, Noida, UP 201301. Clochepan is the registered brand owned by Kaviz Creations Pvt. Ltd. We are working towards being a Home and Living Products Aggregator and Conolidator for online platforms and retail stores. We deal with all kind of Home Furnishings, Crockery, Smart Furnitures, Décor, Cleaning and Lifestyle products for Corporates, Retailers, and Online Marketplaces. We intend to make affordable household and kitchenware products available to consumers in India with an aesthetic touch. Our mission is to build the most value for money & trusted BRAND for Household & Kitchenware products by giving a modern touch to the traditional Indian products through product design innovation and taking it to the audience globally and being instrumental for generation of employment among the underprivileged. The company is also focusing on generating direct and indirect employment for the underprivileged. For bamboo products the company is taking help from women self-help groups of Manipur, Nagaland & Assam, which will help in uplifting the people in the society. Actual sales for FY 2020-21 (June’20 to March’21 i.e. during 10 month period): INR 9.6 million. Further, as per the projections made by the company, company expects to achieve the revenue target of INR 15 crores by the end of FY 2021-22 , breakeven with profits of INR 2.6 crores and EBDITA of 8% with revenue of INR 47.3 crores in FY 2022-23.
