This startup proposes region-specific crop waste valorization model using decentralized, solar-integrated, wheel-mounted rotary drum pyrolysis reactors developed by KC Carbons in collaboration with research institute. Diverse biomass residues will be converted into high grade biochar and wood tar, both tailored for soil health and industrial applications like biogas enhancement & methane storage. The wood tar will be chemically characterized and developed into organic fertilizer products such as bio-pesticides/ bio-herbicides or bio-fungicides. The decentralized model ensures farmer-level adoption, energy self-sufficiency, and revenue generation through carbon credits, while non-condensable gases generated during pyrolysis will be harnessed for thermal heat generation, making the system energy-efficient and circular.
