Khamlou India Private Limited is a DPIIT-recognised construction-tech startup based in Dimapur, Nagaland, building India's first hyperlocal digital construction marketplace for Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Through our platform, Khamlou Construction, we digitise and organise the fragmented, offline construction supply chain of Northeast India — connecting homeowners, contractors, skilled workers, material suppliers, and equipment providers on a single transparent, technology-driven ecosystem. Our multi-platform marketplace (Web, Mobile, and Desktop) enables users to source construction materials with transparent pricing, hire verified workers and contractors, rent equipment, coordinate logistics, and resell used construction goods — all in one place. Rooted in Nagaland's environmental ethos, we integrate eco-friendly construction practices as a core platform value. Incorporated in May 2024 and already live with an active MVP, Khamlou has been selected for funding under the MeitY GENESIS Scheme via YouthNet Incubation Centre, and holds full government recognition — Startup India (DIPP202112), MSME (UDYAM-NL-01-0010148), and GST registered. Our vision is simple: Nagaland first, Northeast next, India at scale — making construction accessible, transparent, and reliable for every home and business in underserved India.
