We have developed an Audio Navigation and Assistance System for a Two-Wheeler User which is integrated in a standard helmet using Wireless Technology. The innovative product links to a rider’s smartphone and provides him/her with audio inputs related to navigation and other audio functions. Thus, the rider can concentrate upon riding while all pertinent information is provided to him/her via audio means without requiring him/her to access the smartphone manually while riding. This socially relevant innovative product is thus aimed at improving road safety as well as that of the rider. No such helmet, that improves rider’s convenience without compromising on safety of the rider as well as other users of the road, is currently available and we believe that this could be a successful product. A patent application covering the innovative product has already been filed at the patent office and same is pending. Our current manufacturing plan is to source few specific components (fully assembled or semi-assembled) from various vendors and carry out partial manual assembly of the final product in our manufacturing unit in India, thereby generating employment opportunities. Eventually, we aim to scale up the production and carry out 100% manufacturing at our manufacturing unit, thereby generating more jobs
