Startup is improving services to existing product. Startup is primarily aiming to solve delivery and accounting issues. System changes are moved to production with only manual testing but in a vertical like insurance, there should be a comprehensive bed of test cases which can verify entire system end to end. Secondly, Startup is also looking at generation of accounting reports. Most of insurance products provide only data and client has to use a large number of tools to get data from them. Thirdly, accounting reports are run at the end of the month and hence, issues in those reports, then run in another month. This causes more work for accounting team.
