We are developing an environment in which people especially who come from different part Of country for competitive exam and colleges can find an ideal place to stay.Our platform helps People to get room and find suitable roomates.We use sophisticated software (AI) to find suitable roomates according to client likeability.The rooms are very cheerful and have all the basic facilities like attached washrooms, bed, study table etc.We provide weekly activities like paint ball,writing competition and many other .We are trying to uplift women to by providing mess services that provide healthy food and student do not miss their home food.We are right now functioning as third party as we only enlist room of pg and hostel and will take free for starting after funding we will approach hybrid model in which we will lease properties and then provide housing keeping third party status too with minimal cost.We have a maket as more than 78 percent of all college student go outside there hometown for studies and most college do not have adequate housing hence making that population more than 26 millon and many tens of million students who prepare for competitive exams likely in crores.
