Meanwhile, India's ~94,257 CA firms, the trusted advisors MSMEs rely on, spend most of their time on manual bookkeeping instead of higher-value advisory work, since each firm juggle's 20 to 70 clients using largely manual processes. 2. Nature of Business - FinBooks.ai is an AI-powered accounting and financial automation platform for Indian MSMEs and Chartered Accountant (CA) firms. It streamlines bookkeeping, compliance, payroll, and financial reporting while enabling CAs to focus on high-value advisory. 3. Innovation - FinBooks.ai operates on an automation-first approach, moving beyond basic bookkeeping software or standalone GST tools. The platform processes transaction data, vendor patterns, and compliance timelines to deliver real-time financial visibility for MSMEs, replacing the delayed, manual reconciliation typical of legacy tools like Tally and Excel. A core innovation is FinBooks.ai's CA-led distribution flywheel, where each onboarded CA firm brings 20 to 70 MSME clients onto the platform.
