KLEST Lab is a research and pedagogy consultancy founded by Khushboo Jogani and Lakshmi Srinivasan, working at the intersection of organisational transformation and education. The lab treats enterprises and academic institutions as living systems shaped by incentives, governance, culture, and human capability, rather than as collections of processes to be optimised in isolation. KLEST works across two verticals. With enterprises, it builds organisational intelligence through research and foresight, systems design, and capability development, so that strategy survives contact with real market pressure. With academic institutions, it embeds metaskills (self-management, social intelligence, adaptive reasoning) into curriculum and faculty development, so that learners and educators evolve in step with AI shifts, industry change, and global transformation. The founders bring complementary grounding: one from product development, manufacturing, and global luxury innovation, the other from applied design, pedagogy, and socio-spatial research. Both have published academic work on AI in design pedagogy and game-based learning, and have presented this research internationally (Cumulus 2026, DRS2026).
