KOKO EDUTECH builds classroom software for Indian schools. One platform, four logins. Teachers, students, school management, and parents. What sits underneath all four is our own real time adaptive personalisation engine, an in-house system of AI agents and workflows we have built ground up. Every stakeholder gets a different version of the product based on what they need at that moment. The teacher sees one thing, the student sees another, management sees a third, the parent sees a fourth. None of it is generic. Over the next two years we are building our own large language model purpose built for Indian education. Research on this has already begun. Foundation models trained on the open internet do not understand Indian state board curricula, regional languages, or how Indian children actually learn. Our LLM will. It will be trained on our own curriculum tagged content, classroom interaction data from our platform, and Indian language education material that no general purpose model has ever seen. This is the long horizon technology bet of the company. We give teachers visual aids, slides, and short demonstration videos that match the government textbook chapter by chapter. We give students adaptive practice that moves with their actual understanding. We run our own spaced repetition engine that brings back weak concepts at the right time. We give management an AI driven view of what is actually happening in classrooms before results come out. We cover state boards, regional languages, and humanities, the parts of Indian schooling that existing edtech has walked past for ten years. The platform is live and currently running a pilot across 2,400 students and 46 teachers. The founders are both IIT Dhanbad graduates. One from Computer Science Engineering, the other from Engineering Physics. One prepared seriously for the UPSC Civil Services, did not clear it, went for theoretical Physics masters in King's College London but decided to come back to build this.
