Company Background Event Needz is an ITES brand developed by a startup, M/s Kompalli Data Solutions Pvt Ltd, a Hyderabad based company headed by the visionary promoter Ms. Jyotsna Kompalli. − The brand is focused on providing real time information of service providers to clients looking for event-based services. − The platform is developed as the web and App based service for both Android and iOS. − The platform addresses the need of both the service providers (B2B) and the clients (D2C) Business Model The Event based service industry in India is mostly seasonal, unorganized and is driven by commission-based referral system. The vendors are struggling to optimize their time and revenue. The platform addresses two major issues related to both the Service Provider (Vendor) and the Client seeking the service (Customer). We are an online platform wherein a client can search for the information about vendors with their real time availability, distance from their preferred location, pricing, customer ratings, their previous works, photos, videos and many more. This information is available online through the website as well as Android and iOS Applications Event Needz HERO is our vendor application where we create an online business profile for every enrolled vendor with their contact information, photographs, Videos, Customer ratings, Real Time Calendar update, pricing as per their time and details of their services. Their Profile is promoted across all social media platforms like INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE etc. to maximize their visibility and reach. The usage of the platform is commission free for both the Client and vendor seeking each other. The customer can access the required information hassle-free without compromising their time and privacy. "EventNeedz" is the Customer App where a customer can search for their specific event related need by entering the date, time, area and required service. They will be able to access all the AVAILABLE vendors specific to their need wherein they can directly contact them and book their services by avoiding any middlemen. Our mission which started from Hyderabad will soon be reaching all major cities across India very soon.
