KPRS And Consultants Private Limited (KPRS) is an initiative that has been ideated by ex-CFO of CSC e-Governance Services India Limited(IIM/IIT Alumni); LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/rahul-krishna-956023a/. The KPRS team believes that non-rivalry of ideas and concepts, their aggregation, stocking and realization in terms of distribution of income to various sections of society and people is the essential component of long-term economic growth. (https://kprsconsultants.com/) We help governments by providing them efficacious e-governance solutions, non-governments and private entities by providing them scalable and modern tech backed e-marketplaces. We also build application softwares and solve general problems in the modern way backed by Mathematical Models and Deep Neural Networks. We are connected with more than 2 lac Village Level Entrepreneurs at grass roots level who are adept to handle technology, do surveys(example economic census) and perform last mile delivery related to supply chain, logistics, agriculture etc. We would say that we have completed the ideation and validation phases and are now in the Early Traction stage because : a) We have already implemented Citizen Charter end-to-end for a Government Client(https://yeida.kprsconsultants.com/) in March 2020 and which has solved problems of about 1500 allottees till date from the date of implementation of this product. b) We are in the process of developing various market places for various public and private sector entities and hyper local chains catering to purchase of materials and their end-to-end tracking for government schemes, waste management solutions (https://punemirror.indiatimes.com/pune/civic/solid-waste-mgmt-next-on-zps-agenda/articleshow/83095580.cms), vehicle tracking system, vigilance and safety system for women and children while travelling etc.) c) We already have the manpower(Principal-to-Principal basis) to handle last mile implementations which are traceable real time using our technology offerings. Our solutions are smart in nature and we extensively use AI/ML/IoT and our own cloud platform to maintain,track and scale on a real-time basis. This requires infrastructure and quality manpower i.e. capital and labor costs are now increasing and are going beyond our reach. Also , the network, turnover and years of experience criteria are stopping us to participate in government projects which we can do in a completely new way which we believe is more efficient, scalable as well as involves less cost. Therefore, if we get approved as startup , we will increase the scale of our participation and operation in new projects which will help us to grow in terms of reach as well as revenue. It will be our endeavour to dedicate our services for efficient grass roots level delivery of goods and services whether it is related to public or private sector(G2C/B2C/G2G/B2B etc.) We will always be ready and proud to implement challenging Government projects related to Health(example CoWIN), Education(example PMGDISHA) and any other sector where the Government believes we can be of any use for the country.
