Our Nation has unique handicrafts and each one is a master piece itself .The process of making those handicrafts are passed on to generations. As far as South India is concerned there's an lack of clustering these handicrafts and the artisans. For instance, Tamilnadu artisans have entity named Poompuhar and Karnataka has Kauvery and so on.., A single entity to showcase the handicraft products and to sell it is a major missing.and lot of our skilled artisans were already exploited by lot of mediators. To address this huge gap and cluster the artisans to this modern digital era KraftKesari.com an e-commerce platform emerged. Kraft Kesari is an e-commerce startup which is working for the past two years with around 50+ artisans and 100+ products.A platform that showcases the uniqueness of our handicrafts and along with the handicrafts we let people know the story behind every craft that is made, which helps to know the tedious work and time spent on each hand made product. Thus, we could save many handicrafts which are at extinction stage and give hope to artisans for continuing their great work.
