Kreteg India Private Limited is a food processing startup focused on manufacturing natural ingredient based carbonated fruit beverages under the brand “C-Drink.” The startup aims to introduce a healthier alternative in the carbonated beverage segment by combining Fresh fruit Juice and extracts, treated R.O water, Cane sugar with controlled carbonation. The proposed manufacturing process involves water purification through RO and UV systems, preparation of standardized syrup with controlled Brix value, carbonation with food grade CO2, and hygienic bottle rinsing, filling, capping, and labeling operations. The product formulation is designed to maintain balanced pH levels and microbiological stability with a shelf life of at least six months under standard storage conditions. The startup focuses on value addition to fruit based ingredients and aims to cater to the growing consumer demand for refreshing beverages with better ingredient transparency compared to conventional synthetic soft drinks. The project also contributes to local employment generation and development of the food processing sector.
