Founder Director Mr. Raj Kumar Pandey had Mission / Vision to Create Strong Competency base organisation which can realise his dream of “Innovating to Empower”; true empowerment to society and professionals. Initial theme was to start with segments like off-road, Environmental and Security technologies, but Idea was not to restrict to these segments but evolve as we make progress. Today KSEPL is very focussed and have competency base organisation to provide following to its customer: 1. Quality Engineering support in Area of Mobility, Survivability and Special to Role technologies 2. Quality Systems Engineering support to create customised solutions for any application needs. 3. Knowledge Process Outsource (KPO) / Business Development 4. Smart Safety and Special To Role (STR) Products: KSEPL with its strong system engineering capabilities have integrated some smart products in area of – a. Fire, Chemical, Biological and Radiological safety b. Survivability & mobility Kit for platform and personal armour c. Special to Role Kits for Armoured & Combat vehicle d.
