We are to carry on the business of Manufacturing, Buying, Selling, Importing, Exporting and dealing in Textiles, Technical Textiles, Warp Knitted Fabrics, Agro Shade Nets, Tapes, Mulch Films, HDPE Plastic Film Rolls and other goods and merchandise whether textile felted, knitted, looped and extruded and also carry on business of importers, exporters, buyers, sellers, dealers and as agents, stockiest, distributors and suppliers of all kinds of technical textiles, mulch films, HDPE Plastic Film Rolls or merchandise of every kind and description and other production goods, article and things as are made from or with cotton, nylon polymers, plastic and other such kind of materials by whatever name called or made under any process whether natural or artificial and by mechanical or other means and all other such products or allied nature made thereon.
