We are committed to helping learners to learn & apply their knowledge & tools consistently in their work, and create a mindset of continuous learning & self-improvement. KRISIN has deep experience and expertise in the area of developing behavioural and leadership skills, in the individual and in teams. We have trained and facilitated numerous employees, across all levels, in behavioural and soft skills, with our high-impact experiential learning methodology. The outcomes that we focus on are that the learners: 1. Apply the knowledge and tools they have in their work 2. Learn the principles of how-to-learn anything. OUR OFFERING We have pioneered a learning design that exponentially increases the learning, adoption, and stickiness of any training initiative. People who have gone through our programs have reported a 40% increase in their capability in the area they worked upon. Our design is effective for driving learning and stickiness of both technical and behavioural skills. KRISIN Methodology The 3 Levers of the Learning Cycle - Knowledge, Toolkits & Practice - need to come together for knowledge to turn into sustainable, effective workplace practices. The 3rd lever, Practice, is critical to the effective adoption of any new skill or learning. It contributes a whopping 70% to effective training.
