Krushal is building rural India’s most trusted open commerce platform. We have launched in two districts with robust customer adoption and revenue traction from Day 1. We are solving two problems. First, 800 M rural citizens realize net incomes far lower vs potential from their land, livestock and labour. Second, companies struggle with high cost and risk of first-mile rural access, missing out on a large high-growth market. Our solution is to set up a revenue-funded first-mile network, with animal care for dairy farmers as a spearhead. Farmers pay us animal care and commerce subscriptions - and we offer a 50-100% increase in milk “salary” to 75 M farmers serving the world’s #1 dairy market. With this, we earn the trust of a core group of loyal customers, served by a Krushal entrepreneur in every village. This backbone doubles up as a “Rural-as-a-Service” open stack platform for businesses, de-risking rural product-market fit for B2B subscribers. This includes value chains beyond dairy, amplifying first-mile bundling efficiencies. We are building a revenue- and margin- first venture with multi- billion-dollar value creation potential, with MESOP participation for rural entrepreneurs. As a profit-with-purpose venture, we aspire to eliminate poverty taxes and accelerate the rise of the world’s largest new middle class via commercial inclusion.
