1. To facilitate to carry on in the State or in India or elsewhere the business of procurement, production, plantation, nursery raising, harvesting, storing, grinding, grading, pooling, handling, bottling, packing, supplying, trading, marketing, selling, buying, warehousing, distribution, export, import, processing including preserving, drying, distilling, brewing, venting, canning and packing of the produce, items and products of farmers arising from agriculture (including medicinal plant, animal husbandry, dairy, aquaculture, horticulture, floriculture, pisciculture, viticulture, forestry, forest products, re-vegetation, bee raising and farming plantation products), or from any other primary activity or service which promotes the interest of farmers, primary producers and to deal in all kinds of seeds, grains, vegetables, foods, cereals, herbals, fruits, commercial and non-commercialcrops, fertilizers, growth regulators, bio products, feed and related products, pesticides, agriculture machinery/tools etc required for the above objects by itself or through other institution. Production, harvesting, procurement, grading, pooling, handling, marketing, selling, export of primary produce of the Members or import of goods or services for their benefit 2. Manufacture, sale or supply of machinery, equipment or consumables mainly to its members; 3. Education on the mutual assistance principle, promoting techniques of mutuality and mutual assistance, rendering technical and logistics services, consultancy services, training, research and development to its members and all other activities for the promotion of the interest of its members and to take all welfare measures or facilities for the benefit of members.; 4. Rendering technical services, consultancy services, training, research and development and all other activities for the promotion of the interests of its members; 5. To provide services for improvement in the soil health of the farm lands for better productivity. 6. The Company shall deal primarily with the produce of its members for carrying out any of its objects specified in sec 378B of the Companies Act, 2013. Further the objects of the company are limited to the objects specified as primary produce in the Act and restricted to its members. 7. Subject to provision of Section 378ZL of the Act to amalgamate, divide, merge, compromise and collaborate with and to takeover any Company or firm, proprietorship firm having similar objects or to enter into Partnership, Joint Venture or other arrangement, reciprocal concession with any person or company, firm or other organisation and undertaking.
