"KRWA startup envisions establishing a dynamic and diversified enterprise that specializes in the manufacturing, trading, import-export, and distribution of a wide array of textile and apparel products. With a strong foundation in both online and offline operations, we aim to become a one-stop destination for Readymade Garments, Fashion Wear, Fabrics, Hosiery Products, Handlooms, Khadi, Yarn, and other allied textile items. Core Business Activities Manufacturing We intend to set up state-of-the-art manufacturing units with a focus on producing high-quality readymade garments and textile products. Our production line will cover traditional, contemporary, and sustainable fashion items, leveraging modern technology and skilled artisanship. Trading & Dealership The business will operate as a trader and authorized dealer for various domestic and international textile brands, offering a wide catalog of products to wholesalers, retailers, and end consumers. Export & Import With a vision to go global, our business will actively engage in the export of Indian textile and fashion products, such as handlooms and Khadi, while also importing innovative and in-demand textile goods from international markets. Commission Agent / C&F Agent We aim to provide commission-based trading services and Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) operations for textile goods, facilitating smooth logistics and market penetration for third-party manufacturers and suppliers. Online and Offline Presence Offline: Establishment of physical retail stores, franchise outlets, and participation in exhibitions and trade fairs across major cities. Online: Development of a robust e-commerce platform and mobile app, along with collaborations with leading online marketplaces to ensure wide digital reach and accessibility. Product Portfolio Readymade Garments: Casualwear, Ethnicwear, Formalwear, Kidswear, and Fashion Apparel for all genders and age groups.
