Our model is simple, where we fill in the gaps for business owners, brokers and property owners. We scout, design & lease the most preferred property, invest the capital, and sub lease the property, unlike traditional leasing, especially in tier 2 & 3 cities. Started in 2017, KTL currently operates at 6 locations across 4 cities with total seating of 500+ spread across an area of 35000+ sq ft. at Kochi, Calicut, Kannur & Kottayam.
