Inside Out's Kumbhi Kagaz has found a way to make paper out of the weed in Deepar beel a RAMSAR site at Assam, reducing the need for wood pulp. Crafts are also made from the weed. Inside Out will provide employment to local people, including semi-skilled labourers, unskilled labourers for waste collection and additional management staff.
