Kumera Engineering Solutions is a low cost agriculture machinery manufacturer, importer and reseller. We sell machinery for various agricultural operations such as seeding, weeding, transplanting, spraying and harvesting. These machines can be used for cultivation of multiple crops such as millets, paddy, wheat, sugarcane, mulberry, betel-nut and so on. The company is also involved in Research and Development activities and has so far developed a few custom machines such as millet drum-seeder, tiller and weeder attachments for brush cutter and mobile sprayers After extensive research on the field, the company sees an opportunity in developing farm equipment that uses electrical power rather petrol or diesel power. Keeping current concerns over availability of fossil fuels and negative environmental effects of using fossil fuels in mind, electric power will be future of mobility. And implementation of these technologies in large scale will be impossible without rural areas adopting them. Kumera plans to initially start with electric farm equipment and then move to promoting electric vehicles in rural areas.
