The company is established to carry on the business of event management and related services, including but not limited to organizing, arranging, managing, and providing infrastructure, equipment, and manpower for events such as marriages, birthday parties, ring ceremonies, inaugurations, private and family functions, as well as public events, on a contractual or turnkey basis. This shall include the provision of services such as tenting, lighting, decoration, catering, DJ, sound and music systems, stage and set arrangements, hospitality, and any other ancillary or allied services connected with the conduct of such events. The company shall also be entitled to participate in government tenders and contracts for the supply of similar services for official functions, public gatherings, exhibitions, cultural events, rallies, and programs organized by government departments, public bodies, or political parties.
