In this area, we create brand-new resorts, enhance existing hotels and resorts, and totally renovate existing hotels and resorts. We at KYK Homes are of the opinion that there are smaller and medium-sized resorts and hotels that require the assistance of a professional who has a proper understanding of the tourist business, exact knowledge of operations, and the marketability of the resort or hotel, among other things. As a result, the resorts and hotels that are our primary focus as clients are those that are looking for comprehensive solutions with a long-term perspective.
