1. To carry on the business of construction and development of residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and other buildings, apartments, flats, complexes, townships, housing projects, roads and other civil structures on land owned by the Company or taken on lease, license, joint development, development agreement or any other lawful arrangement. To undertake real estate activities with own or leased property, including acquisition, purchase, sale, lease, sub-lease, renting, letting, licensing, exchange, transfer, allotment, holding and disposal of land, buildings, flats, shops, offices, warehouses and other immovable properties. To act as builders, developers, contractors and promoters and to plan, design, construct, renovate, remodel, alter, repair, maintain and manage buildings and real estate projects either independently or in collaboration with individuals, firms, companies, government authorities or other entities. To develop, improve and maintain properties, including landscaping, infrastructure development, internal roads, drainage, water supply, electricity, amenities and allied facilities connected with construction and real estate projects.To enter into joint ventures, partnerships, collaborations or development agreements with landowners, developers, financial institutions or any other persons for execution of construction and real estate development projects. To deal in transferable development rights (TDR), floor space index (FSI), redevelopment projects, rehabilitation projects and slum development projects, subject to applicable laws and approvals. To provide property management services, including leasing management, facility management, maintenance, security and other allied services in respect of buildings and real estate properties developed, owned or managed by the Company.
