F3 Protec Clothing LLP has a strong route in textiles as its parent company Lahoti Textiles Pvt Ltd is into manufacturing of fabric into apparel industry. During this pandemic situation, it was clear that there is ultimate protection required for health care workers with higher degree of comfort. Also single use disposable products were adding to generation of tonnes of plastic waste. Keeping above things in mind, F3 has developed the fabric that is Water / Fluid Repellent, Anti Bacterial and Anti Viral and the same time is washable and reusable and with comfort to the wearers. Various trials and testing were done to come up with prototype which has passed AAMI PB 70 test for different levels. F3 has mainly come up with following products to the market 1) PPE Coverall 2) Isolation Gown 3) Scrub Suit 4) Lab Coat Main industry that it is targeting to cater is hospital industry. However similar products are also having market in hotel, pharmaceutical and other industries, government purchase for health care workers etc. The product developed can be reused upto 20 wash cycles which makes product both economical and environmental friendly. F3 aims to develop more products in future which will add different functionalities to the fabric and ultimately to the garments.
