LALOU is a new-age, direct-to-consumer (D2C) global athleisure brand for the modern, conscious woman. Lalou sits at the intersection of Sustainable Fashion and AI Technology to achieve these goals. Lalou is a Versatile Athleisure brand anchored in the philosophy of “Active-All-Day" clothing, which enables a seamless transition between active and leisure activities. We are committed to verifiable sustainability, initially focusing on the use of recycled fabrics, low-carbon emission practices, and sustainable accessories and packaging materials. Lalou’s core business operations will be progressively enhanced by a suite of proprietary AI Agents that leverage small language models(SLMs) and contextualise to the Fashion domain. Our phased rollout includes AI for marketing and customer support, ensuring a personalised experience and a lean, scalable enterprise, followed by Supply Chain and Innovation. Our strategy is to "Make In India For The World," which addresses the important market gaps. India is an undervalued, high-growth market, and the UK is a mature, overpriced market, both ripe for disruption. This strategy helps us meet price-conscious Indian consumers willing to pay a premium for durability, as well as value conscious UK consumers looking for better pricing.
