BREIF PROFILE OF M/S. LAMI TUBE PRIVATE LIMITED Lami Tube Private Limited (CIN: U25209DL2020PTC373148) having Registered Office at 5/34, T/F, Pusa Road, Karol Bagh, above Reliance Fresh Store, Delhi 110005, is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. The main objects to be pursued by the company on its incorporation, as per Memorandum of Association of the company, are: To manufacture, prepare, process, repair, buy and sell, resell, import and export and deal in laminated tubes made from plastic, aluminum foil/aluminum and other packaging material in all fields and spheres. ABOUT LAMINATED TUBES: These tubes are known as laminated tubes because of their characteristic as manufacturing process uses several layers of polymers and other material as barriers which help in increasing shelf life of a product. Owing to this helpful feature, the laminated tube packaging has high demand from several industry verticals such food, cosmetic and pharmaceuticals, FMCG products like toothpaste, shaving creams, foot creams etc. The cosmetic/oral care industry has surfaced as a versatile market for laminated tubes since this sector is involved in introducing new products which require attractive and reliable packaging. The promoters have conceived a project to set up a manufacturing unit for production of Laminated tubes with Installed Capacity of 36 Million tubes from laminated tube making plant and 18 Million tubes from FFS (Form, Fill and Seal) both Kombis, Bulgaria make. The manufacturing unit will be set up in Nala Garh tehsil in the Solan District (Himachal Pradesh) which is ideally suitable for the proposed project since Baddi and the vicinity has become the hub of Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Companies and which are our target customers. In terms of both value as well as volume, the Asia Pacific region is estimated to account for the highest share in the global cosmetic packaging market during the forecast period.
