Last Mile Care proposes for Jan Clinics to help standardise the primary health care services in an affordable way from accessible point of care providing transparent accountable digital health records. This clinic, set up in locations with limited or no facilities for primary healthcare shall cater for professional consultation, affordable medicines, pathology services, insurance, emergency services, tele-consultation and medicines, advocacy and referrals, health devices etc. Our efforts are to deepen the network of services while playing the role of effective health marketplace integrator with digital platform for future transformations in healthcare. We have been able to get the first unit established with the support of CSR from a public sector undertaking with a NGO Partner in Patratu Block of Ramgarh district in Jharkhand (~40 kms from Ranchi). We are looking for collaborative efforts from organisations through CSR with medium and long term health mandates. We are agnostic to any geography with an anticipated minimum number of 4-5 JC units committed; in order to enable cost effective leveraged operations. LMC is anticipating the support for 12-18 months of its initial operations in JC setup, post which shall effectively operate from revenue generated by each JC. We are also geared up and prepared to host COVID related responses for the community as one of the services from the clinics
