Our startup is building a circular agri-biotech solution that converts ethanol industry by-products—primarily DDGS (Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles)—into scientifically optimized, high-performance cattle feed. India’s rapidly growing ethanol industry generates large volumes of DDGS, which currently faces inefficiencies in utilization, inconsistent quality, and limited value realization for both producers and farmers. At the same time, livestock farmers struggle with rising feed costs, nutritional inconsistency, and low milk productivity. We address this gap through a standardized processing and value-enhancement system that includes: Nutritional profiling and grading of DDGS at source Formulation of region-specific, cattle-optimized feed blends Integration of digestibility enhancers and mineral balancing Development of a traceable supply chain model connecting ethanol plants to farmers Our innovation lies in transforming an underutilized industrial by-product into a high-efficiency, cost-effective livestock nutrition solution, improving feed conversion ratios and dairy output. Additionally, we are building a scalable B2B distribution and export model, unlocking new markets for DDGS while ensuring consistent supply to domestic livestock farmers. This creates a triple-impact model: Economic: Reduces feed cost by up to 15–20% for farmers Environmental: Minimizes waste and supports circular bioeconomy Industrial: Provides ethanol plants with a stable, high-volume offtake channel Our long-term vision is to become a category leader in ethanol by-product valorization, integrating feed innovation, supply chain optimization, and data-driven livestock nutrition.
