LeadCo has raised the bar in the Recruitment and Staffing industry, unlike traditional human resource consulting firm, we want to provide extraordinary service and solutions to our customers by investing more in people and making them future-ready. We’re a company that helps to bridge the gap in supply and demand for talent in start-ups, growing and established companies. At LeadCo, we’re now on a mission to make Human Resource “Simply Smart”. We’re doing this by the synergy of human touch with new-age tools that help companies to grow and uncover the hidden gem in the marvel of engineering – Humans. What we believe to find the solution! We believe that the staffing space needs to have a set process from the sourcing of the candidate to bring on-board. It’s been more than a decade, the industry is suffering to hire the right fit candidate in the respective geography with the desired Job skill set. The TAT of hiring the candidates remains too high which results in the loss of business due to the shortfall in the adequate headcount nos. We, as an organization is dedicated to closing the loop that connects companies to the right talent and helps them to outperform in the market with our tailor-made solutions and service. At LeadCo, we are building a technology platform where employers, candidates, and referrers come on-board on an App to create the largest database of humans in India. With the LeadCo Refer and Share App, each and everyone in the country can be a recruiter and shall help to refer the best talent from the remotest part of the country. With the shifting focus of the market in tier 2 and 3 cities, the app will reach to the masses and help them in finding a relevant job, parallelly for companies which are looking for hiring the candidates in these cities can get the right fit in the same geographical location which will help to control the attrition. The candidates finding jobs and companies finding the right talent won’t be a challenge in the near future, with the help of the App we will be able to bring down the hiring TAT significantly, companies can hire faster than ever and the candidate won’t have to wait much longer for the right opportunity. From CXO to a Tea-Vendor, the mobile application allows to refer the candidates and earn even on the go. As of now, the referral program runs in-house in the organization only where internal employees refer and earn some amount to keep mundane at work away (to some extent). No more changing cities and locations due to the lack of relevant job opportunities.
