Main Activities planned in Lean Angels Consulting a. To advise and provide consultancy services towards development and implementation of new products using Lean Innovation Methodology. The methodology includes innovation practices in Customer centricity, Lean Agile development and Customer development using Analytics. This is achieved by helping companies in building capabilities in people and focusing efforts and energy towards creating value for the customer. The consulting also addresses ways to improve the business processes and scaling of businesses by using advanced management techniques & practices. b. The customers include startups, medium scale and large-scale companies who intend to design and develop new products & services in the areas of digital transformation. The consulting services would include on all matters regarding implementation of above activities, both in internal and external markets, either on its own and to appoint sub-franchisers etc., or partner with other firms for any of the above purposes. c. Conceptualize, Design and Development of New Innovative Products in chosen domains where state-of-the-art Analytics and Data Science Technologies can be leveraged for competitive advantage.
