We plan to open retail showrooms across India and globe under single brand name selling products such as bicycles with and without gears across different categories such as kids and adults, tricycles, skateboard type tricycles, electric bicycles, bicycle spare parts, cycling accessories and gears. Our stores will also provide services and repairs to the goods offered for selling. Our business model includes:- - Open outlets all across India, and thus become a known and trusted business enterprise -Use in-store technologies and information technology to run stores efficiently and offer improved services and shopping experience to customers -Use social media for marketing -Be One stop solution for all the cycling needs -Offer wide range of products, brands and services to the customers than our competitors who are mostly small and un organised shops -List all the products on our own ecommerce website and sell them -Sell our products on ecommerce market places such as amazon, flipkart, paytm, snapdeal etc and thus leverage all the available channels for selling our products -Establish our own brand of products in all the categories of our retailed products initially by procuring from factories and whole sale them to other businesses -Manufacture inhouse brand products in the long run There is a great opportunity to grow and scale as there are no big organised players in the business area we are focusing on. We believe that our business model will bring improvement to the existing processes, products and services available in the current market.
