Learning Ethos offers corporate training and consulting on behavioural topics like leadership, management and innovation. We started the company in Oct 2019, and have been offering our services to clients. We work around the theme of 'creativity and innovation' for learning and focus on three spheres: Design Thinking, Gamification and Blended Learning. Currently we're working on a 'Gamified Blended Learning Platform' which offers both synchronous facilitator-led sessions as well as bite-sized learning nuggets for a period of 15 days post training. We are striving to achieve; 1. Enhanced Learning Retention(Micro Learning) 2. Better Engagement through Gamification 3. Just in Time Learning 4. Application of the Concepts at Workplace 5. Measurement of Impact and Outcome of the learning 6. Sustained Learning in the Organisation We hope to achieve the above using the following methodology: 1. Gamification : using rewards, points, badges, levels and leaderboards 2. Customised content according to Org/Role/Industry 3. Varied types of content with interactivity (quotes, polls, videos, stories etc.) 4. Overarching theme to each module based on :Nostalgia, Adventure, Curiosity and Suspense to ensure intrinsic motivation to complete the course. 5.
