The motto of this solution is to make people and companies aware of their physical and psychological health. Non-communicable diseases are the main cause of most of the death happening around the world, whether it is heart stroke, cancer and respiratory diseases. Cariovascual disease is one of the top most killer in India, leading to most deaths. The application we have built will help individuals and companies track their physical and psychological health and derive an insight which will help people to adopt healthier lifestyle in order to ensure a long good life. On the corporate level, it will provide an insight to companies on why their employees are sick and what improvements/facilities can ensure a healthier workforce.The app will help the users to record its own healthcare data, without intervention of any home-trainers or doctors. While most of the information are vital parameters, but these certainly under awareness of the user, which helps users to stay aware about their health. The prompt alert or reminder system will help users to log or record their data periodically, so that the system can understand patterns or deviations in the data; and provide alerts to the users.In the corporate model - the idea not only provides an overall insight to the company about the health of their employees; but also attach an emotional connect with their employees with proper caregiving support from the company. Companies can take preventive measures and make infrastructural changes to ensure that their employees are working under a healthy and nurturing environment.
