Lectro E-mobility Pvt. Ltd. envisions to promote sustainable micro-mobility solutions to address the challenges of – 1. Optimum EV for under 10 KM travel: There is negligible adoption for EV in the country as the options available are expensive and provide limited performance for the distance that is claimed. We are proposing electric cycles as a means to meet the under 10 KM commuting needs – optimum product at attractive price points. Other advantages like parking, choice of exercising reduce the total cost of ownership considerably. This is a product that gives you the choice of sweat-free travel or exercise in one vehicle there by promoting Healthy India and Sustainable Transport. We have currently established the personal commute brand with over 25k vehicles on road. 2. Reliance on Make in India: We are focusing heavily on Make in India. We currently have ~60% of our BOM localized and are targeting to convert all our BOM but battery cells in 2 years’ time. We are working closely with bike sharing companies to build the right product for them in India. 3. Optimum EV for delivery: There is a void in the market to serve the need of EV based delivery vehicle which is at the right price and offers optimum capacity and performance. We are design state of the art solution that solves this problem at an affordable price point. We are testing our concept with logistics partners and envision to bring out first set of vehicles this year.
