The LLP shall carry on the business of operating and marketing home stays and short-term accommodation properties by onboarding and managing hosts and properties, listing and promoting them on online travel and booking platforms and digital channels under the brand “Scarlet Stays” or any other adopted brand, and earning commissions, service fees, and related charges. The LLP may create and operate digital assets such as websites and mobile applications and undertake all related marketing and booking support activities. The LLP shall also provide management consultancy and advisory services to companies, government bodies, corporations, firms, and individuals in India and abroad, including technical, engineering, business, financial, accounting, taxation, recruitment, operational, and administrative consulting. Services may include project reports, systems setup, cost and financial advisory, tax planning, resource planning, procurement assistance, and representation before authorities and organizations, and charging professional fees for such services.
