We have field executives whose chief works involves collecting data and feed them into database. They are also being asked to convert those small tutorials, Coaching centre/educational institutes, School, College owners and even a Dance, Music Academies (Students, Teachers) related to all aspects in the education into paid members. Apparently not everyone pays them. So we hires Process associate (tele callers) whose job is to fix the meeting with those business owners. Marketing goes to that client after fixing meeting. And they have to convert them into paid members. Paid membership includes A Platinum package, Golden package, Diamond package and silver package. Now we have also started creating Digital marketing, websites, Apps for the paid members and also includes their Banner listing. Further this is how Ultra LEduka works: Cost per lead model, Membership model, Commission based, Creating contests, Digital marketing, ERP modes ,Value added services, Internships, CRT Programmes, Workshops, Conferences, Research Guidance, Placement Drives, Manpower consultants, Job portal. Informative centre , etc... And customers or service seeker calls on the Unique number Searching for a particular product or service thus become a requirement. Hence become a prospective buyers. Then theirs'( buyers' requirement) is sent to the suitable sellers of that particular area or region. Here buyers can create their search user selected location and sub locations and type of teaching methods like online, offline, home Etc...
