Our Startup name is "LEXIVERT CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED" Incorporated on the 17th day of February 2020 THE MAIN OBJECTIVES TO BE PURSUED BY THE COMPANY ON ITS INCORPORATION ARE:- 1. To engage in infrastructure development, Real Estate Promoters, Developers & Project Management Association, and Horticulture work, including civil, construction, mechanical, electrical, and all other types of erection, commissioning projects, project trading as well as a consultant for the execution of projects on turnkey basis for equipments of industrial, domestic and other purposes, to carry on the business as builders, consultants, civil engineers, surveyors, designers, town planners, estimators, valuers, interior and exterior decorators, general and government civil contractors of immovable properties, all types of structural and pilling engineering work, interior designing, landscaping, and graphic. 2. To construct, maintain, erect and lay out roads, highway sewers, toilets, drains, electric lines, cables, and gas lines, over and under the estate of any other company, person, or body corporate. To provide service of mechanized cleaning jobs 3. To construct, execute, carry out, equip, maintain, improve, and develop civil and constructional work relating to roads, electric, power, heat, and light supply work, hotels, buildings, godowns, pleasure grounds, parks, gardens, docks, embankments, bunds, bridges, wharves, canals, irrigation reclamations improvement, sewage, sanitary telegraphic, telephone works, warehouses, markets, public buildings, and all other such civil and related constructional works. 4. To develop the land for providing roads & other facilities such as water supply and sale the same and to erect and construct buildings or work civil and constructional of every description on any land of the company or other such lands or immovable property and to pull down, rebuild, enlarge, alter and improve such land into roads, highway, streets, squares, gardens and such other convenience related thereto and deal with and improve the immovable property of the company or any other immovable property of all types. To provide service of Civil, General Cleaning, Housekeeping Services, Construction or Renovation, manpower supply, support services, and similar jobs. 5. We are providing business support services including operation and maintenance (O&M) services to petrochemical and industrial plants for firefighting, instrumentation, operation assistant, optical fiber service, catering, non-destructive inspection, servicing of pressure safety valves, high pressure hydro jetting service of static equipment, material handling and hiring of service for external industrial painting works Etc.
