We are trying to eliminate the effort and time wasted both by the Service provider and the customer in various industry like Healthcare, Restaurants, Government services, Service centers, Education, Corporates in fixing and re-fixing the time at which the service can be delivered. This happens because of variability in Duration of Service delivery, Availability of Service provider in Time, Availability of Customer at that Time etc. Our solution manages this through Online Queue management and updating the variables as they happen through Machine to Machine Talking to keep both parties informed so that they can optimise there time and focus effort in either delivering of services or receiving the services.
