Life Rythm is a one of it's kind mental health initiative. The ‘Rythm’ in ‘Life Rythm’ stands for ‘The Rythm you think makes you -‘you’’. We all have the power to drive the wheel of our lives, but sometimes we all lose control. Just like the brake pedal in a car, we need that in life as well, something that helps us slow down, and reflect as to what direction we want our lives to go or be. We are just a means, you are the key. Our aim is to help you reflect, realize, manifest, and take control of the driving wheels of your life. We believe in an eclectic approach to intervention and constantly strives towards providing you with a path that is self facilitating and healing. #The goal of our experts trained in the field of Mental Health Care is to provide you with : -psychological relief -promote positive mental health & well-being -create an atmosphere where you can manifest and harness positive change(s) in your life. -build the community resilience from the inside out. #VISION AND MISSION - Creating a network of support for the people - Create a sense of Awareness and Acceptance in the community - Encourage people to reach out and seek help when in need - Reach out to the parts of the community that are often neglected or overlooked and provide psychological aid to them irrespective of the socio-economic barriers. - Provide psychological aid and assistance to the people for varied mental health concerns to facilitate the individuals to cope effectively with the stressors and build & promote a state of positive well-being and state of mind. #PROVIDING PSYCHOLOGICAL FIRST AID : PFA is the initial crisis response program/intervention. It is the compassionate & supportive presence designed to mitigate acute distress and assess the need for continued mental health care. The goal of PFA is to promote safety, stabilise survivors of crisis and connect individuals to help and resources. FREE Psychological First Aid for : - Front line workers (Medical health care, Mental Health Care, First responders, Civil Servants) - Cyclone Tauktae and Yaas Survivors #BLOGS- Through our blogs, we hope to inspire, make you aware and motivate you all, while facilitating your journey of self-development & enhancement. The blogs will address different topics of concerns, information regarding different kinds of therapy to help you chose better, discussions of topics of concerns, and some fun & interesting discussions as well to keep up your curiosity of learning, growing and blossoming into the wonderful individual that you are! #WORKSHOPS AND TRAINING PROGRAMS- To train and equip individuals with necessary skills, promote continuous growth model of development. #FUTURE GOAL - To build a first responders program for special needs population
