Focus of LifeCraft healthcare will be to bring innovation in Operational Execution in Healthcare field including Pharmacies. Operational Innovation will come in design of facilities, processes, layout, software technology and systems; so that we can have high amount of precision by reducing turnaround time significantly and this will include innovative algorithms, hardware and software technologies. Giving seamless experience to the patients by connecting Hospital Information Systems and Pharmacies and Care at home. The tentative process will be when the patients completed the OPD with doctor, the prescription will be converted to soft copy and then will be automatically digitized in permanent health records, analysis of health records, prompt dispensation of medicines by the time patient walks to pharmacy, reminders @ home for daily dosage, serving repeat fill @ home, reminder for next visits, Keeping all the diagnostics at one places, analyzing the trends and recommending if any doctor visit required base on exceptions. All the above mentioned process will be a system and software linked, it will result in more efficient deliverable at optimum cost and less time. The system after testing and usage will be converted to software that can be used by other retail player.
