Our startup is an early childhood education (ECCE) and EdTech-driven startup aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The company has developed a standardized, research-based curriculum integrating activity-based learning and experiential learning methodologies, supported by ready-to-use educational kits, structured lesson plans, and teacher training frameworks to enhance foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) outcomes in children aged 2–8 years. The platform adopts a hybrid delivery model combining offline learning kits with digital support systems for teacher enablement, progress tracking, and parent engagement, ensuring consistent quality across diverse geographies. It addresses critical gaps in unorganized preschool ecosystems, particularly in tier-2, tier-3, and rural markets. The Little Genius Kids World operates on a scalable, low-investment franchise model, enabling rapid replication and expansion. The model promotes entrepreneurship, particularly among women, while generating recurring revenue through curriculum, training, and support services, demonstrating strong scalability, sustainability, and employment generation potential.
