Our company specialises in designing and making ceramic ferrules and inserts for the thermal protection of Waste Heat Boilers. This is in addition to making nozzles and shapes for specific uses. To be more specific, our two-piece Hexagon Head ferrule and our strong hexagon head design have given us a great name all over the world. We believe that providing technical services is an important part of meeting all of the client's needs, along with providing the highest quality products. This is because the process is complicated and there are many different uses and operating conditions, so each situation is different. Based on this policy, we make it a top priority to make sure that the customer gets the best possible technical support for the whole project, from the beginning to the end. Locoss Global Trading's technical help includes everything from suggesting a good design to getting the materials, using CFD modelling when necessary, overseeing installation and inspection, and providing services after the sale. Ferrules made by our company have been sold to many different customers in almost every country in the world that has a Sulphur Recovery or Sulphuric Acid factory of some kind. In addition to selling ferrules to end-users like refineries, gas plants, petrochemical plants, sulphuric acid plants, etc., we regularly sell ferrules to boiler manufacturers, EPC contractors, and process licensees, with many of them on an exclusive basis. So much so, that some licences only allow Industrial Ceramics ferrules and many others strongly suggest using them for the best performance possible.
