LOKHAR EXTRUSIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is a company incorporated on 11-11-2020 under the companies act 2013. We at Lokhar Extrusions Private limited have a vision to substantially reduce this energy drain by developing and introducing various processes, technologies which make the extraction – from the aluminium scrap – and the manufacturing process – primarily aluminium extrusion - much more cost effective thereby opening up newer horizons for its use.We are studying , devising and working on innovative solutions for improving energy efficiency of secondary aluminium melting from scrap, such as bio-stripping of UBC scrap paint using mesophilic bacteria and using fly wheel based mechanical battery in conjunction with a gradually built 300kw solar power plant to produce more than 50% of our energy needs inhouse and that too from a completely renewable resource. Other innovations devised by us which further the same agenda of minimizing energy costs include PLC, SCADA (Supervisory control and data acquisition systems) based data driven integration of our facilities which help to integrate and automate all production processes; improved charging methods to minimize dross losses, oxidizing flue gas effluent left over from scrubbing to form Gypsum thereby further minimizing the strain on environment.
