Loop Motion (OPC) Private Limited henceforth known as Loop is an all-electric mobility service provider established by Shanoy Banerjee on 21, June 2023 headquartered in Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, Chhattisgarh. Loop is Chhattisgarh's first e-rickshaw on-demand service offering first and last-mile connectivity to daily commuters. Founded in 2023, Loop provides convenient, transparent, cost-effective transportation for short-distance travel using cutting-edge technology and creative solutions. Loop aims to solve the challenges that the transportation business faces today. Most urban commuters today have the option to either book a ride through aggregators or reach a transporter to fulfill their needs. However, each one of them has its limitations such as unconfirmed rides, and arbitrary rates, no support which leaves the commuter not satisfied with their services. Loop challenges these limitations by providing daily commuters with the solutions they deserve. Ever since we began our operation, we have received overwhelming reviews from our users because of assurance and on-ground support. Presently Loop has 50 (online & offline) users which is increasing with our service penetration. The returning customer rate (RCR) is more than 30%.
