To design, develop, assemble, produce, manufacture, fabricate, modify, repair, service, sell, buy, import, export and to act as stockists, distributor, license, licensor and otherwise deal in all kinds, shapes, sizes, capacities, varieties and specifications of arms and ammunition, including revolver, pistols, gums, machine guns, stenguns, rifles, artillery weapons, devices, gadgets, automatic and semi-automatic weapons, bullets and other ammunition used for defence, internal security and personal security and to do all such incidental acts and things as may be necessary for the attainment of aforesaid objects. 3. To carry on the business of armament manufacturers in all its branches and particular to manufacture, sell, maintain, repair, and deal in guns, gun carriages, torpedoes, tanks, armoured cars and other vehicles, machine guns, rifles and small arms and all descriptions of ordinance, armament, arms, weapons, ammunition, grenades, explosives, gun powders, military powders, safety fuse, detonating cords, slurry explosives, fireworks, pyrotechnics, hand grenades and munitions of war and all component parts, spare parts, equipment thereof and accessories thereto or apparatus for use in connection therewith. 4. To act as consultants or advisors on all matters and problems related to defence, arms and ammunition industry and to act as consultants or advisors and to undertake part in the management supervision or control of the business or operation of any person, firm, body corporate, association or other undertaking for aforesaid purpose.
