LWAY is a made-in-India smart travel platform. It is a one-stop solution for all daily travel needs of users. It provides corporate, rental, outstation, daily cabs, taxis, autos, bikes, and sharing travel options at affordable rates. Users can book the rides by LWAY's Android/iOS apps and direct App call option. Lway is also developing a Partner App for Drivers, Vendors, and Operators and making them direct growth partners by giving them technical support to manage their own cab business. In India, just 2% (30 Million) people own a 4 Wheeler and only 12% (160 Million) own a 2 Wheeler. That means more than a billion people are always dependent on other traveling solutions. Online taxi service in India was valued at INR 30.72 Billion in FY 2020 and it is predicted to increase to INR 55.15 Billion by FY 2025 a CAGR of 12.93 %. The big aggregator companies like OLA and UBER are present in main cities only, some regions still don’t have trusted cabs or other traveling services yet so there is still scope for new companies like “Lway” to penetrate the existing market and also capture the new market by addressing the major issues ignored by these big companies. The major problem in this industry is it is still highly unorganized. The problems faced by people involved in this business are. 1. Travelers or Users: They have to travel with non-verified Drivers, there is no transparency in billing, no clear proofs of bill change are provided, not all travel options are available on one platform, and no bill is provided by local cab drivers. 2. Drivers: They have to pay high commissions to aggregator companies, have to deal with agent cheating & payment recovery, customer bargaining, face loss in package trips and one-way rides, are unable to provide bills, and have no technical support. 3. Operators or Booking Agents: It is difficult for them to find cabs by call, no data of all cabs available in one place, they are unable to scale, unable to have ride records, has to deal with driver payment recovery issues, and has no technology support. Lway aims to address the issues mentioned in the above paragraph. First, to make traveling services comfortable and affordable to everyone and to provide transparent and safer traveling services to cities, towns, and even undeveloped parts of India. The second is to create a unique travel platform that will connect all cab operators, vendors, travel agents, and drivers to make the cab booking process as easy as possible and make them Lway’s direct growth partner.
