As of date, no country has cracked the problem of providing quality based, daily primary and preventive OPD services along with 24/7 ambulance services (with a response time of 15 minutes) to small and/or remote villages. Such ideal scenarios are presently neither financially nor medical resource sustainable. Our Patent(pending) invention the 'AmbuPod' can now resolve this vexing problem globally.The AmbuPod is a revolutionary 3-in-1 mobile clinic, fully loaded icro-ambulance and telemedicine node that has the capability to provide 24/7 ambulance and daily OP primary, preventive, chronic, palliative and specialist care services to any small or remote village. It is a narrow-track, non-powered vehicle that can carry one lying patient and a seated medical attendant. It can be powered by a motorcycle, electric 3 wheeler or 4 wheeler. Being less than 3 feet in width, it can traverse narrow / dirt tracks and reach areas not accessible to larger ambulances. All instrumentation in it run on solar or human power. It is fully equipped with all emergency devices and instruments including oxygen, ambubag, suction, ECG machine, fetal doppler, etc. It is also telemedicine enabled with its own tablet based application connected to the cloud. It can carry out a full complement of telemedicine services (depending on bandwidth) and also in-transit resuscitation. The big advantage of the AmbuPod is that its operational costs are 1/3rd to 1/10th that of services now available. And finally, it is designed to scale quickly. We shall provide turnkey implementation to ensure 24/7, quality based, primary healthcare services at villages anywhere in the world. We could also ensure a transparent transition to secondary, tertiary or Medical Tourism services for citizens. Later, palliative and rehabilitative care could also be added to the services provided by us.
