I am a petroleum engineer of 2019 batch and work as a consultant for tool manufacturing company for oil and gas sector . I always have a dream of starting my own venture and so being from farmer family i always wanted to boost this sector by analysing the loop holes in the market from the last one year I left my job and i am on the research on Broiler poultary farming ( Environment control ) . I have been to many states like Maharashtra , Andhra pradesh , orissa , chhatisgarh , madhyapradesh visited more than 60 farms and talked to more than 150 farmers who initially doing Broiler farming . Work at a farm for complete batch and also experience the work of butcher house and talked to many customers related to their purchase feelings . Problems :- If you visit the local site you will observe the unhygienic and unhealthy environment . Due to the unawareness of the quality we fear to eat ( quality - production process , medication , disease ) Opportunity Their are lots of company in the market but these are only working on supply chain at very high cost because they are outsourcing it . Their are also production linked company who only focuses on production and sell their product through middlemen . No company arrises here to work on farm to fork model ( production to retail through their own channel ) Business model Working on the idea of fresh meat mall concept by analysing the economic zones of the cities and the later developed it into the franchise model and it must contain the quality check of each and every chicken for the customer satisfaction . should also have the integrated packaging facility like canning/ tinning, coding and labelling etc. Initially i will control the demand by my own cluster ( production unit ) and later developed it into the contract model according to the demand and market needs . By making them capable through my own training channel and make them capable for production on my own quality standard my first testing model will be launched at gaya and patna to get the more information about my targeted customers.
